A passion or interest in health, wellness, and natural remedies is highly desirable.
ü Take phone orders/web orders/email orders and enter sales orders in SAP
ü Payment processing
ü Process customers’ returns, damages, and pricing errors
ü Accounts payables, drafting invoices
ü Checking balances
ü Perform data entry and maintain virtual inventory of products as well as logistics
ü Handle client accounts, and customer complaints, issues or questions
ü Report to the general director and handle calendar, reminders, and ongoing tasks
ü Assist in organizing professional events and business trips
ü Translate different documents
ü Assist in various office tasks
ü Communicative, organized, detail oriented and multi-tasking
ü Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French (90 % of the calls are in English)
ü Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service
ü Computer proficiency with MS Office (excel, word)
ü Experience with Business SAP
ü Experience with outlook, Teams and organizational calendars
ü Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ü Team-player, autonomous and able to work without direct supervision
Bachelors’ degree or relevent experience.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
40 hours / week - Full-time permanent position
